Frame Right Elizabeth is a crucial attorney with the firm, working both in court and, just as importantly, “behind the scenes.” She worked for Ryan Garry beginning in law school. Since the day she was sworn in, Elizabeth has been active in the courtrooms. She is admitted in both state and federal court. Behind the scenes, she writes and researches issues and motions. Her acute knowledge of all aspects of the firm’s case, her ability find hidden legal issues to challenge prior to trial, and her expertise in technology, such as Trial Director, a program utilized by the United States Attorney’s Office, have helped secure not guilty verdicts and pretrial dismissals in serious felony cases.

Elizabeth received her B.A. in Philosophy and Religion from St. Olaf College, graduating cum laude. Elizabeth then received her J.D. from University of St. Thomas School of Law. While at St. Thomas Law, Elizabeth was on Law Review and participated in the school’s peer mentor program. Elizabeth is still active at St. Olaf as a mentor through the St. Olaf Career Network, answering questions and providing advice regarding law school and the legal profession.
