The firm’s client who was charged with three different criminal charges including illegal narcotics and multiple firearms avoided a presumptive 66-month prison sentence yesterday at his sentencing. The Judge granted Ryan and Elizabeth’s Motion for a Downward Durational Departure and gave the client credit for time served. The client had followed our instructions of enrolling in treatment and progressing successfully. The Motion included the treatment records, letters from the treatment facility, and support letter from friends and family.
