After a three week jury trial in a Conspiracy to Commit First Degree Murder case, MN criminal defense lawyers Ryan Garry and Joe Tamburino secured a mistrial for their client after a jury could not decide a verdict after three days of deliberation. A mistrial was declared by Anoka County District Court on December 19 after the jury was deadlocked for three days in the case of a Coon Rapids man accused of trying to hire a hit man to kill his estranged wife at her home.
