Ryan convinced a judge to dismiss Ryan and Elizabeth’s client’s felony drug charges who was accused of selling and possessing 80 pounds of synthetic marijuana. The BCA had the alleged narcotics for over 5 months without providing the test results. The judge also ordered the government to return all of the items seized from the client, including $200,000 cash that was found in a suitcase in his home.
