Client was pulled over and charged with Driving While Under the Influence of a Controlled Substance. Police found prescription narcotics in the vehicle as well as an open bottle of vodka. Elizabeth and Ryan were able to negotiate a resolution where the DWI charges were dismissed and the client pled guilty to an open bottle citation.
