Ryan’s client was accused of sexually assaulting a woman at a party. Detectives immediately began an investigation and were set to charge the case. Instead of waiting around and doing nothing, Ryan’s investigators conducted a separate investigation and interviewed many witnesses at the same party. Ryan submitted the investigation to the detectives, and the prosecuting attorney, who reviewed the case, decided not to proceed with charges against Ryan’s client.
