In 2025, our client was charged with Driving While Under the Influence of Alcohol while sleeping in a car that was charging and running. After filing a number of omnibus motions to dismiss the charges, and shortly before the contested omnibus hearing, the prosecutor agreed to dismiss the case and allow our client to plead guilty to a traffic offense.
