Our client had previously been charged with Felony Possession of Child Pornography. He pled guilty and received a stay of adjudication of sentence, which means that a conviction was never entered onto his record. Attorney Elizabeth Duel, on behalf of our client, petitioned for expungement of his criminal records. The expungement was granted except for two agencies.
