Elizabeth, on behalf of our client, petitioned for expungement, which would result in sealing all governmental records of our client’s criminal case. The district court referee denied the expungement request. Elizabeth, then, petitioned for review by a district court judge. That judge overturned the referee and granted our client a complete expungement. A total win.
