Jury selection, opening statements, and the first witness testified. During cross examination, the first witness exposed the fact that the prosecutor had not followed the rules of criminal procedure, and she alleged new facts that the prosecutor had not previously disclosed. The case was dismissed halfway through trial and Ryan’s client walked out of the courtroom a free man. A complete victory.
