Our client was charged with transporting 87 pounds of high grade marijuana from California to Minnesota. Department of Homeland Security, FBI, and local law enforcement investigated the case and charged our client with felony level drug distribution. We fought the case at every level, and eventually took the case to jury trial. Federal and local law enforcement and a cooperating defendant (snitch) all testified that our client was the ringleader and was responsible for the transportation of the narcotics. After three days of litigation, the jury returned a verdict of NOT GUILTY after only 30 minutes of deliberation on all criminal counts and the client walked out of the courtroom a free man.
